Ise-Shima power spot

Visit Ise once in a lifetime. Ise Shrine is called the best power spot in Japan.
There are many other power spots in Ise Shima.
Here are the recommended courses for visiting the power spots of Michishio.

The order of Ise Jingu shrine begins with performing rituals ‘Misogi’ at Futami Kodama Shrine, an ancient practice. The ritual that has been performed since the ancient times during the “Ise Visit” is called “Hamasangu”.
Even today, Hamasangu is the first before Okihiki Ise citizens consecrate shiraishi and timber during the Shikinen-Shigeru once every 20 years.

About 15 minutes by walk from ‘Furamiura’ station of JR Sangu line.
About 3 minutes by car from ‘Futami’ junction of Ise Futami Toba line.

After cleansing the body, go to Geku and Naiku.
It is a long-standing practice for the shrines to be visited first from Geku.

There are many new shops on the road from Geku to Ise City Station. Please take a walk.

[Ise Jingu Naiku] The Amaterasu Oomikami is enshrined.
If you cross Ujibashi, it is the highest sanctuary in Japan. Please be refreshed by the energetic air and great power.

After visiting Ise Shrine for a while, we recommend to walk, eat and buy souvenirs in Okage Yokocho and Oharai Machi.
In the streets which are reproduced the Edo and early Meiji period,
There are lots of food and souvenir shops of Ise Shima.
Try to find the heart stone.
